Do you want your terrace full of flower pots? In this post, we tell you which are the easiest plants to care for in this outdoor space.
If you're one of those people who dreams of having a breathtaking balcony or terrace, take note, because today we're going to talk about the most striking, resilient, and suitable plants to have in that space to become the center of attention (and envy) of the whole neighborhood.
Hydrangeas, suitable flowers for balconies

Hydrangea is one of those plants that produces beautiful flowers and is also super rewarding as it doesn't require too much specific care. Furthermore, if your terrace or balcony doesn't get much sun, you're in luck, as this plant doesn't need intense sun all day either.
In general, hydrangeas are very easy to maintain if you always keep in mind some aspects such as the acidity of the substrate and keeping them with a good level of humidity.
Honeysuckle, perennial aromatic plant
Honeysuckle is a very striking and aromatic plant. Among its characteristics, we find that this plant grows very fast, doesn't require too much watering, and its leaves are perennial, so we can keep it beautiful all year round.
The only essential requirement is to have a support for it to climb and to not get too much direct sun.
Hibiscus, plant with a variety of colors

There is no more striking flower than the hibiscus, as it can be red, pink, white... and besides being decorative, it is a flower that lasts a long time, specifically almost all summer.
The key is to prune it in spring so that the plant is in its full splendor during flowering.
Fern, traditional balcony plant
The fern is a very characteristic plant of outdoor spaces. It could be said that it is a classic on balconies and terraces. They don't need too much sun but they do require light, at least indirect light.
The ideal is to keep the soil moist so that its leaves are wide and green. The best trick is to always have a saucer with water under the pot.
Azalea, ideal for outdoor spaces

The azalea is a plant that surprises us with spectacular flowers that will even cover the plant's leaves. Leaves, by the way, that are perennial and will allow us to have a green balcony all year round.
The azalea hardly needs any sun but it does need a humid environment, so watering will have to be taken into account.
