Shipping and Delivery Times

At GardenWeb, we want you to receive your gardening products in the most convenient and transparent way possible. Below, we detail the conditions, delivery times, and shipping costs for your online orders.

We offer two delivery options: Home Delivery and Free Store Pickup.

 

1. Home Delivery (Peninsula)

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination location, due to the logistics of bulky materials and delivery zones:

  • Main zones (Alicante, Murcia, Valencia): 1 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of the Peninsula: 2 to 15 business days.
    • Note: In large cities, the deadline is usually short, but in rural areas or specific points in northern and southern Spain, delivery may take up to 15 days due to coordination with local partners.
  • Unavailable destinations: We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Shipping Costs

At GardenWeb, we apply a rate based on the order value and, specifically, on the weight of the products to ensure safe transport:

  • FREE Shipping: For orders over €85 (VAT included), regardless of weight.
  • Orders under €85: A base rate of €9.99 applies for standard shipments.
  • Weight-based rates (Specific orders): Depending on the zone and weight (from 0kg to 1000kg or more), the system will automatically calculate the cost in the cart, with rates ranging from €5.99 to €111.99€111.99€111.99 for heavy packages in lower-value orders.

2. Shipping to the Balearic Islands

We ship to the Balearic Islands, but due to the weight and volume characteristics of our products (substrates, stakes, large pots), these are managed exclusively under a personalized quote.

  • Free shipping rates and promotions for the Peninsula are not applicable to the Balearic Islands.

  • How to request it? Add the products you need and contact us indicating your postal code. We will send you the best possible logistics offer.

3. Professionals and bulk orders (Custom quotes)

If you are a professional in the sector (gardener, landscaper, company) or need to make a large volume purchase (such as full pallets of substrate, large quantities of pots or stakes), we recommend requesting a personalized quote instead of processing a standard order. In these cases:

  • Special prices: We will study your list of needs to apply volume discounts or B2B rates.

  • Adapted logistics: We will calculate shipping costs tailor-made, looking for the most economical and safest transport option for palletized or large volume merchandise.

  • How to request it? Write to us at info@gardenweb.es or through our chat, indicating your tax details (CIF/NIF) and the exact list of items and quantities you need.

4. Store Pickup (Free)

If you are in Elche or the surrounding area, you can save on shipping costs by picking up your order at our facilities.

  • Cost: Completely free.
  • Location: Partida Algorós 2-121, 03293 Elx, Alicante. (J&P Viverismo).
  • How it works: Select the "Store Pickup" option when finalizing your order. We will notify you by email as soon as your products are ready for pickup.
