Product returns - Right of withdrawal and returns due to manufacturing defects

Right of withdrawal
The user has the possibility of exercising their right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made on the website www.gardenweb.es within fourteen (14) calendar days , from the receipt of the order at the chosen delivery address.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the legal period, the customer will be responsible in case of incorrect use that produces a decrease in the value of the object or product, therefore the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels (if possible), documentation and original accessories, also in perfect condition.
How to make a return under the right of withdrawal
To proceed with product returns, you must -within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the order- send using the
or by email to info@gardenweb.es, providing a statement to that effect indicating the affected order number, as well as the product(s) being returned. GARDENWEB will then contact you to arrange for the collection of the returned products from your home.
Each product being returned must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, labels, documentation and original accessories, also in perfect condition.
Except in cases of receiving products with factory defects, and provided that such defects were not due to misuse or improper handling by the user, the shipping costs associated with the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. GARDENWEB will refuse to accept any returns sent via cash on delivery.
Upon receiving the buyer's request to exercise their right of withdrawal and once in possession of the goods to be returned, GARDENWEB will proceed to examine the products received and will contact you to inform you of their conclusions regarding your request.
In the event of withdrawal within the legal timeframe, the refund of amounts paid by the buyer will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the withdrawal request, provided that the returned product has been received within the same period or, alternatively, the consumer has provided proof of return. Otherwise, the refund will be withheld until one of the two aforementioned conditions is met: receipt of the product or presentation of proof of return.
In case of return due to withdrawal, the delivery costs of the product will be borne by the buyer exercising the right of withdrawal.
Product returns - Manufacturing defects
The buyer has the possibility of making returns of products received with damage or factory defects, within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the order.
Once the existence of the original defect has been verified and the product has been returned with its labels, packaging and –where applicable– original documentation and accessories in good condition, the full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the buyer's right to repair or replacement of the product due to lack of conformity, during the legally established period of three years from the date of delivery.
Product returns will only be accepted when the products –with the exception of the alleged defect or flaw– are in perfect condition and retain their original labels, as well as their packaging and –where applicable– original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition.
GARDENWEB reserves the right to deny the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.
How to make a return for factory defects
To proceed with returns of products with factory defects, you must -within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the order-, send by email to the address: info@gardenweb.es a statement to this effect indicating the order number affected as well as the product or products subject to return and a detailed list of the defects found in them.
GARDENWEB will then contact you to arrange for the collection of the returned products from your home. With the exception of any defects or flaws found, each returned product must be in perfect general condition, and with all its original labels, packaging, and –where applicable– documentation and accessories.
Provided that the defects have not been caused by misuse or improper handling by the user, the shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the seller.
Upon receiving the request for return of a product with a defect or manufacturing flaw from the buyer and once in possession of the merchandise to be returned, GARDENWEB will proceed to examine the products received and will contact you to inform you about its conclusions regarding your request.
