These provisions regulate the use of the service of the jypviverismo.es Internet portal (hereinafter, the 'Portal') that the commercial company JYP VIVERISMO, S.L.U. (hereinafter, 'JYP') makes available to Internet users.

The content of this Privacy Policy will help you understand what data we collect, what we do with it, and what your rights and our obligations are in relation to Portal users and with keeping such data out of the reach of unauthorized third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

1. The use of this website confers the status of user, which implies the knowledge and full and unreserved adherence to these General Conditions of Use by the user. The owner of this website reserves the right to modify these conditions, so the user must read and accept them each time they visit it.

2. The use of this website and the services it offers are free, without prejudice to the possibility that this circumstance may change according to the previous Clause.

3. The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy. The User will be liable to JYP or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the breach of said obligation. The use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of JYP or third parties or that in any other way overload, damage, or disable the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of JYP or third parties is expressly prohibited.

4. The User undertakes to use the contents of the Portal in accordance with applicable laws, current conditions, and this Privacy Policy.
By way of example, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:

Reproducing or copying for private use the contents of the Portal that can be considered as "Software" or "Database" in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party.

·         3. Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the content of the Portal as well as the databases that JYP makes available to Users.

 

5. It may be the case that to access certain content or to use a service, it is necessary to provide personal data. All information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the aforementioned purposes or any others must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided to JYP perfectly updated so that it always reflects the User's real situation. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to JYP or third parties by the information provided. In order to provide data to JYP, the User must also have all the authorizations required by current legislation at all times, being responsible to JYP and/or any third party for any contingency that may arise from the lack of authorization.

If the use of access keys (username and password) is necessary, users will take into account:

· The keys are for the personal and exclusive use of the user who owns them; their safekeeping, confidentiality, and correct use are their sole responsibility.

· JYP is not responsible for any damage that the user or third parties may incur as a result of other people using their password, with or without the user's consent.

· JYP undertakes to keep the password used by the user secret.
In the event of contacting us via email, you will not send messages using a false identity or concealing the origin of the message.

In no case will it guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems, nor will it guarantee the security or inviolability of such data in its transmission over the network.

7. The user is obliged to respect the restrictions that may be established at any time for the use of this WEBSITE.

8. JYP is not responsible for failures that may occur in communications, including deletion, incomplete transmission, or delays in sending, nor does it undertake that the transmission network will be operational at all times. It will not be liable if a third party, violating the established security measures, accesses the messages or uses them to send computer viruses.

9. JYP does not control the use made by users of this Website, and cannot guarantee that they do so in accordance with these terms of use.

10. JYP will interrupt the Website service used by the user and will immediately terminate the relationship with them if it detects a use that could be considered contrary to these Terms of Use.

11. JYP reserves the right to stop providing any of the services offered on this Website, with a notice on the access screen being sufficient. It also reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and conditions, as well as the JYP services.

12. The relationship between JYP and the user will be governed by Spanish law, with express waiver of their own jurisdiction, and they submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Elche for the resolution of any disputes that may arise therefrom.
